Dr Jekyll & Mr Hyde birthday card with a story inside: a gothic literary birthday card written by two halves who finally agree.
This hand-illustrated birthday card is part of my old-school character collection. Inside is a fully printed birthday letter written in the voice of Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde — funny, warm and surprisingly moving: the kind of card people keep.
On the front: “Happy Birthday — We don’t agree on much, but we both think you’re rather wonderful.”
Signed inside: “One body. Two opinions. Unanimous about you.”
A perfect gift for
- Lovers of unusual, illustrated birthday cards
- Book lovers and literature fans
- Victorian and gothic fans
- Friends with two wonderful sides
