Polar Explorer birthday card with a story inside: an arctic adventure birthday card from an explorer who’s still defrosting.
This hand-illustrated birthday card is part of my old-school character collection. Inside is a fully printed birthday letter written in the voice of a polar explorer — funny, warm and surprisingly moving: the kind of card people keep.
On the front: “Happy Birthday — A warm heart, a stubborn spirit, and excellent company when things get a little icy.”
Signed inside: “Frozen beard. Warm heart. Still can’t feel his toes.”
A perfect gift for
- Lovers of unusual, illustrated birthday cards
- Adventurers and explorers
- Winter birthdays
- Stubborn friends with warm hearts
