Postman birthday card with a story inside: a birthday card delivered by hand, worth every extra mile.
This hand-illustrated birthday card is part of my old-school character collection. Inside is a fully printed birthday letter written in the voice of the postman — funny, warm and surprisingly moving: the kind of card people keep.
On the front: “Happy Birthday — A little parcel, a lot of love, and absolutely worth the extra mile.”
Signed inside: “Heavy bag. Light step. Always goes the extra mile for you.”
